• All fees for Web Hosting are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise below
• If your service is suspended or terminated before the end of your contract, you are not eligible for a refund

Shared Hosting Packages:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase
• Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of wpfastsolutions.com

No Refunds Will Be Given For:

• Any upgrades, services, or features added to your hosting package
• Domain registration fees included with the package
• Any renewals of web hosting packages

 

Support Plan Refunds

To apply for a refund for a support plan, please email us at info@wpfastsolutions.com. Each request will be reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed.

 

Domain Name Management

Refunds for domain-related services follow strict guidelines:

• No refunds will be given for domain fees or services—either full or partial—once purchased.
• Suspension or termination of your domain service does not entitle you to a refund

Exceptions:

• A refund may be issued for a new domain service canceled within 3 days of purchase, subject to approval and restrictions
• If a market domain name registration is rejected by wpfastsolutions.com, an affiliate, or the domain registry, you will receive a refund

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• Premium domain services
• Domain renewals and transfers
• Any domain-related services purchased through promotions

 

General Terms

• Refunds will not be granted if your service was suspended or terminated for violating our terms
• If your service included a Free Domain Name as part of a promotional offer, cancelling your service will void that promotion. The cost of the domain will be deducted from your refund, and wpfastsolutions.com may retain ownership of the domain if you do not pay the difference
• All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences
• Any pending fees will be deducted from the refund amount
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card)

 

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Domain name renewals and transfers
• Dedicated IP addresses and servers
• Services obtained through promotional offers
• Fees for non-service-related customer support

   

Web Development Services

Refunds for web development services may be considered under the following conditions:

A full refund will be issued if the project has not yet commenced and no work has been delivered 

Partial refunds may be granted if the project is canceled during the development phase, based on the percentage of work completed 

No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been submitted and approved

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your initial payment. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SEO Services

All sales of SEO services are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of SEO work, which involves long-term strategy and time-based execution, we do not offer refunds once SEO services have been purchased or initiated.
